The Farm Team has been hard at work planning and preparing for the upcoming Spring Season. We are expanding our Farmily with the addition of Zach and Brian, Experimenting with various Fruits and Vegetables, Cheese-making, Maple Syrup Production and various Livestock Management Techniques.
Brian is Jay’s cousin. He is a devoted animal lover and can be found talking with the Chickens about all the different types of food that will be discovered in the Spring.
Zach is Jay’s adopted son. One of his first Managerial Jobs on the Farm is to update the Newsletter to reflect the authenticity of our Small Family Farm.
We are experimenting with various Greenhouse and Livestock Management techniques to extend our growing season, protect our Crops, and restore the Landscape to its former glory, so stay tuned!
As of Today, May 16th 2020, Our Farm is still closed to Visitors due to CoVid19. As our State slowly reopens we are learning the best practices and techniques to prevent the spread of the virus on our Small Farm and we will give updates whenever possible. We currently have hand sanitizers at the main entrance of our Farm and at the entrance of our Barn. All Visitors will be required to sanitize their hands and will be required to wear a facial mask while on the Farm. On Opening Day we will have Washable/Reusable Facial Masks available for purchase.
For those of you who placed an order for our Goat Milk Energy Bars and Caramel, unfortunately these items are still on back order. Because we can only use the freshest (never frozen) Goat Milk for our Caramels we are now waiting until our New Goat Moms have extra Milk that is not needed for their New Kids. If you've placed an order and have been patiently waiting, you may receive an automated email from our website requesting a review of the products you've ordered. We are working with our website designers to disable this feature. If you've received this email please do not be alarmed that your package was lost. When our caramel making resumes you will receive an email when your order is being shipped with a tracking number. For your unbelievable patience, we will also include a little extra gift just to say Thank You.
