Elderberries also has beneficial organic compounds that function as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant agents in the body. Our Elderberries are picked when they are at the peak of ripeness and dried overnight. We use our Organic Dried Elderberries for soups, stews, cookies, cakes and herbal teas. We also grind our Elderberries in a food processor to make our Elderberry Flour to replace wheat flour in baked goods.
