Goat Milk Caramel
For over a year we have been perfecting our recipe for our Goat Milk Caramel. Our final product is made the same way that Cajeta is made in Mexico where Goat Milk and Pure Cane Sugar is cooked for several hours over a low heat until the Milk and Sugar caramelize. This is how we make our Goat Milk Caramel and each small batch is hand stirred for several hours until it is perfect. With each spoonful of our Goat Milk Caramel you can taste the love we give to our Goats and our old fashion way of making wholesome and sustainable Products.
Use our Goat Milk Caramel as a topping for ice cream, cookies and cakes or drizzle it over fresh fruit. We love using our Goat Milk Caramel as a dip with dried apple chips or adding it to our warm oatmeal in the cold winter mornings of Upstate New York.
