Just for the Winter Months we've added Rich Dark Dutch Processed Cocoa to our Goat Milk Caramel. When you add just a tablespoon to a hot cup of milk you have the best hot Cocoa Caramel. This is the only way we make hot cocoa on the Farm and we really do drink it in our finest china. We add our Goat Milk Dark Cocoa Caramel to our pastries, cookies and anything that would normally call for Cocoa or semi-sweet chips.
The first thing you will notice when tasting our product is that our Goat Milk Dark Cocoa Caramel has three times the amount of Cocoa as our Goat Milk Chocolate Caramel making it less sweet with a bold Cocoa flavor.
We use only the simplest ingredients with absolutely no chemical additives or preservatives.
